One of Bali’s leading beachside venues renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and exceptional service, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Beverage Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability.


  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum three years previous, relevant experience required in a dynamic hospitality environment.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Proven experience as a Beverage Manager or similar role in a high-volume, upscale establishment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  •  Excellent knowledge of beverage products, trends, and techniques, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
  • Familiarity with beach club work etiquette and experience in a similar setting will be advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Valid certifications in responsible alcohol service and food safety.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement beverage strategies to drive sales and profitability while maintaining cost control measures.
  • Curate an innovative and diverse beverage menu, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options, catering to client preferences.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the beverage team to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure adequate stock while minimising wastage and pilferage.
  • Monitor and evaluate beverage trends, customer feedback, and industry developments to continuously enhance offerings and service.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including kitchen, service, and events, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Implement and uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development among staff members.
