The ideal candidate is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Requirements:

• Open for local candidates only.
• Min. two years experience in a similar field.
• Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong task and time management abilities.
• Problem-solving and organized. 
• A strong eye for detail and understanding of beverage mixing tools and techniques.

Responsibilities: 

As a Bartender 

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Create a positive guest experience by engaging in friendly and professional interactions, following the steps of service, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Be prepared for peak hours, which typically occur in the evening when customer demand is highest.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar by monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring all necessary ingredients and garnishes are readily available.
• Clean and maintain the bar area, including regular cleaning of glassware, utensils, and equipment to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.

As a Butler 

• Greet and welcome guests, providing a high level of hospitality and personal service.
• Offer attentive assistance and accompany guests during the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless experience, and providing support with luggage handling
• Provide personalised services based on guest preferences and requests.
