Are you a highly-driven individual with extensive experience in the Hospitality Industry? One of Nusa Lembongan’s leading upscale resorts is looking for a Reservationist to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating with guests or clients, and maintaining accurate booking records and providing necessary information, and addressing any inquiries or special requests.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates. 
  • Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
  • The candidate should possess a high level of spoken and written English to effectively communicate with guests and clients. 
  • Good computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strong eye for detail is crucial in managing reservations.
  • The candidate should demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management skills are necessary to handle multiple reservations, inquiries, and administrative tasks simultaneously. 
  • Familiarity with reservation policies, procedures, and industry standards is beneficial. 

Responsibilities :

  • Responding to all inquiries for accommodation and restaurant bookings.
  • Liaising by email with hotel guests prior to arrival .
  • Liaising with on-site team regarding any guest requests, arrival times, dietary requirements etc.
  • Following up with guests after their stay to encourage positive reviews.
  • Organise booking transfers to Nusa Lembongan.
  • Ensuring guests pay deposits on bookings and balances in accordance to company SOPs. 50% on booking and full payment 14 days prior to check in. 
  • Following up on any outstanding payments.
  • Maintaining a spreadsheet of bookings and financials (payment methods, dates, currencies).
  • Working with our accounts department.
  • Maintaining a schedule of any commissions due (pre-booked activities, boat commissions on transfers etc).
  • Maintaining a database of all emails and WhatsApp numbers where given (enquiries and bookings).
  • Ensuring Little Hotelier online booking platform is up to date.
  • Liaising with OTAs and third party agents.
  • Collating invoices for OTAs and commissions for third party agents.
  • Submitting monthly reports as required by management and owners.
  • Responding to written restaurant booking requests and liaising with restaurant staff on any bookings.
  • Working with our events team on any group bookings (hotel and restaurant).
