Are you a highly- driven individual with extensive experience in the Hospitality industry? One of Bali’s leading Villa Rental Management companies is looking for an Area Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for organizing and overseeing the villa operations, evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies and monitoring cost and expenses. 

Requirements :

  • Local candidates only.
  • Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Background in operations from 4 / 5* hotel or luxury villa market with min. two years experience as Area Manager/managerial level.
  • Able to build and maintain smooth operations. 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels.
  • Good organization, planning ability and familiarity with budget & cost control.
  • Excellent in negotiation, listening and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Good communication skills and service oriented.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with Villa Managers to maintain excellent performance of the staff on grooming, morale, knowledge, and skill and to ensure that all staff have the same understanding and commitment to serve clients with excellent / best quality service.
  • Supervise Villa Managers managing cash flow, cost and expenses allocation in each villa.
  • Assist Villa Managers in preparing all standardized forms related to financial matters ( guest bill, purchase order, fund request, etc).
  • Understanding details of each property including rates, service and facilities that are available in each villa.
  • Visit and inspect the property regularly (General Inspection) with Villa Manager, maintenance team and senior staff, then create a work order or contact an outsourcing technician for any damage found and repair required.
  • Ensure that Villa Managers apply “Daily Villa Checklist” to recognize damages or any immediate maintenance required.
  • Area Manager is a main contact person for management.
  • Area manager is responsible for creating and maintaining an excellent company image both towards guests and villa owners.
  • The Area Manager should ensure that all problems related to the village/Banjar have been properly handled in order to avoid misunderstandings and cooperation issues.
