The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy development, campaign execution, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Requirements :
- Open for local and expat candidates.
- Min. 3 – 4 years of related experience in a similar field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the F&B industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with social media, SEO, and PPC advertising.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant and lounge operations.
- Awareness of industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour in the F&B sector is a plus.

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and PPC advertising.
- Utilise analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote products, events, and brand initiatives.
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation to continually enhance marketing approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behaviour, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Provide regular reports on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to assess and refine strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
