Are you a highly motivated candidate with experience in the FnB Industry? An international hotel group with a collection of hotels in Australia, Hong Kong and Bali is looking for a FnB Manager to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate is a professional who is responsible to influence and motivate the team and ensure our guests receive a memorable and world class experience.

Requirements:

  • Min. two years of related experience in a similar field
  • This position is applicable for Indonesia Citizen
  • Hail from Bali’s fast paced modern standalone restaurant and bar scene
  • Leading from the front, ensuring your team understand what exceptional looks like everyday
  • Up-skilling and developing each team member specifically around premium product knowledge and service standards
  • Accountability for day to day operations and business performance
  • Ensuring each and every guest has a seamless and entertaining experience in our venue
  • Finding growth opportunities, activation and delivery
  • Effective financial management around Cost of Goods Sale, sales budgets and profits
  • Effective stock management, quality improvement and reporting
  • Leading a large team of passionate individuals to ensure that they are consistently delivering an exceptional experience to our guests
  • Maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, ensuring our venue is always immaculate
  • Ensuring that our focus is always on the guest and their experience;
  • Managing strong financial controls as well as initiating and executing growth strategies to increase top line sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee F&B functions including restaurant, bar, room service and events operations in a way that maximises efficiency, effectiveness and service delivery, in line with company standards and procedures 
  • Ensure optimum efficiency and achievement by focusing on business needs, setting priorities and maximising productivity and development of strategic organization goals that pertain to hotel and F&B operational performance and achieve business goals 
  • Design and deliver effectual F&B training initiatives on a regular basis in line with identified training needs, so that the team is familiar with all products and services, including full knowledge of menus and wine lists, service standards and procedures 
  • Prepare reports and budgets in relation to F&B components of the business, focusing on projects which minimise expenses
