Are you a highly- driven individual with extensive experience in the hospitality industry?  One of Bali’s chakra inspired boutique resorts is looking for a Villa Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will manage the overall villa operations and be responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. 

Requirements :

  • Open for Local candidates. 
  • A minimum of two years experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry.
  • Able to build and maintain smooth operations. 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels.
  • Good organization, planning ability and familiar with budget & cost control.
  • Excellent in negotiation, listening and presentation skills.
  • Managerial / Leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities :

  • Execute different business strategies to support company growth and expansion.
  • The Villa Manager will greet guests on arrival, create standards surveys, and find acceptable solutions to problems that may arise. 
  • Supervise and monitor all of the Staff to ensure the operations are running well.
  • Ensure positive customer experiences by maintaining high-quality facilities and remedying problems. 
  • Resolve guest complaints.
  • Develop and implement operating standards, policies, and procedures to be followed by the management team.
  • Instruct, schedule, supervise FO, HK, pool, garden staff.
  • Maintain Villa’s supply restock. 
  • Repost and approve property expenses.
  • Quality control for the properties.
  • Inspection before check in and check out for guest (make sure all amenities, electricity, wifi, supplies are in good condition)
  • Report any issues found in the properties to the owner and assist with work orders. 
  • Coordinate with the reservation team for special requests, reservations, complaints.
  • Responsible for conducting room, kitchen, and grounds inspections to make sure that they are all up to code.
