As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of various technical systems and equipment. Your responsibilities will include installing and maintaining these systems. You will be working closely with the local sales team in providing technical support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirement :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a related technical field.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with various technical equipment and systems. Especially beer tap system experience is relevant.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Patience and empathy in handling customer concerns.
  • Adherence to safety guidelines and protocols in the workplace.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and diagnose technical issues and faults in equipment, systems, or machinery, using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Perform repairs, maintenance, and upgrades on equipment to ensure they are operating at peak efficiency and reliability.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical concerns, explain service processes, and provide updates on service progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, parts replacements, and equipment documentation.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and prevent potential issues.
  • Conduct tests and inspections to verify the functionality of repaired or maintained equipment.
  • Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and components required for repairs.
  • Ensure that all services are performed to high-quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and safety guidelines.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service and support, promptly addressing concerns, and offering solutions.
  • Collaborate with other service engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and share knowledge and best practices.
