Are you a highly-driven individual with extensive experience in administration? A service provider focused on assisting businesses to reduce their power consumption is looking for a Secretary & Office Manager to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate will provide behind-the-scene work for an office. Their tasks include organizing files, preparing documents, managing office supply inventory and scheduling appointments.

Requirements :

  • Local candidate only 
  • Min. 2 years of related experience in a similar field
  • Fluency in English – both spoken and written
  • In-depth knowledge as an Administrative Assistant 
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership and problem solving
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the daily, weekly & monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
  • Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
  • Organize and distribute messages
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Document expenses and hand in reports
