The ideal candidate will provide behind-the-scene work for an office. Their tasks include organizing files, preparing documents, managing office supply inventory and scheduling appointments.
Requirements :
- Local candidate only
- Min. 2 years of related experience in a similar field
- Fluency in English – both spoken and written
- In-depth knowledge as an Administrative Assistant
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Integrity and professionalism
- Exceptional organizational, leadership and problem solving
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Responsibilities :
- Manage the daily, weekly & monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
- Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
- Organize and distribute messages
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Make travel arrangements
- Document expenses and hand in reports
