A Luxury Real Estate specialist offering high-end properties for sale and rent in some of Bali’s most desirable locations is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Owner immediately. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and demonstrable experience in a personal assistant role. You will be intuitive to the daily needs of the owner and work autonomously to provide customised administrative support.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Min. three years of related experience in a similar field.
  • Max. 30 years old.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva and knows basic accounting.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia. 
  • Ability to organise a daily workload by priority.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Works well in a team environment but is also self-motivated.
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and a great team worker.
  • Great attitude and willingness to put in extra or odd hours and effort as a given project goes through more time-intensive phases, such as the first presentation and installation phase.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage scheduling.
  • Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
  • Answer and respond to phone calls. Communicate messages and information to the Owner.
  • Prioritise emails and respond when necessary.
  • Maintain various records and documents for the Owner, ensuring they are properly organised and easily accessible. This may include files, contracts, reports, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Conduct research and gather data to prepare documents for the Owner, such as reports, presentations, or proposals. Provide well-organised and accurate information to support the Owner’s decision-making process.
