Are you a driven individual with a strong background in quality control for interior design projects? One of Bali’s Interior Design Studios is looking for a Quality Control Officer to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring that interior design projects meet established standards, adhere to client specifications, and deliver the desired level of quality and aesthetic appeal.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Min. two years’ experience in a similar position
  • Proven experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is typically required to qualify for this role.
  • Demonstrated experience in a quality control role within the interior design, architecture, or construction industry is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is often required.

Responsibilities :

  • Ability to effectively negotiate prices with suppliers, leveraging market knowledge and strategic communication to secure cost-efficient procurement deals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing and overseeing comprehensive quality control processes, including meticulous documentation, adherence to high-quality standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in managing and coordinating orders for interior design projects, from sourcing materials to tracking inventory and ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
  • Capability to create, manage, and optimise delivery schedules, aligning them with project timelines to ensure timely completion and minimise disruptions.
  • Oversight of quality control activities to ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborative approach in working with cross-functional teams to proactively identify and resolve quality-related issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
