The ideal candidate is responsible for accompanying our clients on several and diverse projects such as hotel projects, villa management, residential property, restaurant or real estate projects. As an expert you must know the trend of the market in Indonesia and you are able to identify the best project for your clients. You also have a strong network with the different real estate agents around Bali and Lombok to identify the best product for your clients.
Requirements :
- Open for local and expat candidates.
- Minimum five years experience in the real estate industry or a similar field.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- Flexible with working hours and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding of the market trend in Bali and in Indonesia.
- Strong network of property agents or able to develop partnerships with them.
- Fluent in English, another language is a bonus.
- Knowledge of a CRM is a bonus.
Responsibilities :
- Develop partnerships with real estate agents / property management companies.
- Reply to enquiries and leads coming from our partners, social media, website or paid search.
- Define the project with the investor and assist them on the estimation of the ROI.
- Advise the best setup based on the objective of the client (business / personal
investment). - Identify the changes on the market and the regulations.
- Screen the market, identify and offer properties to your clients.
- Negotiate the property price, terms and conditions on behalf of the client.
- Visit the property and represent the clients with the third parties.
- Advise clients on project management and accompany them on post purchase.
- Follow up with the client and team for the different deliverables (contracts, due diligence, notarized agreements etc).
