Are you a highly- driven individual with extensive project management experience?
One of our clients, a property redevelopment company is looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to manage and monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction workers and subcontractors, educate construction workers on site safety practices, and evaluate employee performance. You will be liaising with various other teams and helping to keep a project on track. This role will report to the Project Manager.
Requirements :
- Open for local candidates.
- Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager minimum one year or relevant department in a construction company.
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail in schedule, progression reading and budget analysis.
- Able to operate AutoCad, Shop drawing and Time Schedule.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
- Critical thinker and possessing troubleshooting ability.
- The ability to work in a team and to negotiate.
- Based in Bali and able to join immediately.
Responsibilities :
- Overseeing the progress of all construction activities, ensuring they are executed efficiently and according to plans and specifications.
- Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations.
- Evaluating the performance of on-site workers, monitoring their productivity, and providing feedback or training as needed to improve efficiency and quality of work.
- Regularly checking inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to place orders for building materials, ensuring timely availability for uninterrupted construction progress.
- Ensuring all equipment used on-site is properly maintained, functioning correctly, and in good condition, arranging for repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Ensuring workers follow the time schedule and site safety procedures.
- Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers.
- Communicating the progress report to the Construction Site Manager/Project Manager.
- Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline.
- Attending any on-site meetings or events.
