One of our clients, a dynamic property management company in Bali, is searching for a highly experienced Project Manager to join the team immediately with significant pre-opening experience. 

The ideal candidate will coordinate people and processes and is able deliver projects on time and within budget, with desired outcomes aligned to objectives. This role is responsible for planning and overseeing all company projects, from initial ideation to completion.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent. Previous experience as a Project Manager in property development / property management companies would be a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in business planning.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Extrovert personality.
  • Negotiation skills and effective communication with various stakeholders.
  • Time-keeping and initiative person. 
  • Detail oriented and extremely well organised. 
  • Proactive approach and confidentiality.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments and work effectively in a team.
  • Must be flexible to respond to urgent messages/WA after hours.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinates people and processes and is able to deliver projects on time and within budget, with desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
  • Responsible for planning and overseeing all company projects, from initial ideation to completion.
  • Extremely well organised and able to unite company branches between them, by communicating, coordinating and anticipating a series of projects.
  • On a day-to-day basis, the Project Manager will be collaborating with the Company’s Stakeholders, General Managers, Heads of Departments, Suppliers, Consultants and Freelancers.
  • Build, lead, and manage the project team to ensure the achievement of project goals.
  • Oversee the project’s execution according to the project plan, monitor progress, and address any changes that may arise.
  • Respond to project issues promptly, evaluate solution options, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and project partners, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Seek opportunities for innovation and implement continuous improvements in project management processes.
  • Manage the project budget, ensure efficient resource utilisation, and report on the project’s financial performance.
