One of our clients, an Interior Design and Procurement company in Bali, is searching for a highly experienced Project Manager to join the team immediately.
The ideal candidate will be assisting the designer with day to day requirements for a project from start to completion. Ensuring the project is on time, within budget and finished to a high quality standard.
Requirements :
- Open for local candidates.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in a Project Management role within one or more of following industries: Interior Design, Furniture Manufacture, Procurement or Construction.
- Good written and verbal English.
- Confident using Excel and formulas to create spreadsheets for accounting, quotations and schedules. CAD, Sketch Up, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator skill is a plus.
- Strong abilities in project planning, organisation, and execution.
- Hard working and detail oriented person who has a love and passion for design.
- Ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
Responsibilities :
- Assisting the designer with day to day requirements for a project from start to completion.
- Ensuring the project is on time, within budget and finished to a high quality standard.
- Responsible for furniture/equipment quotation/budgets, placing purchase orders with factories, sourcing samples, tracking production to ensure project deadlines are met, quality control, shopping for decor/accessories, logistic coordination, overseeing interior contractor works, managing the install of goods, container stuffing coordination.
- Building and leading the project team, assigning tasks, and ensuring effective collaboration among team members.
- Ensuring the project is completed on time and according to the established schedule.
- Conducting assessments and monitoring quality during various project stages.
