Are you a driven individual with a strong background in project coordination? One of Bali’s leading Interior Design & Architecture Studios is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. 

Requirement :

  • Open for local and expat candidates.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and delivering projects that involve multiple aspects and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a track record of applying them effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of leading and motivating cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to achieve project objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software, particularly the MS Office suite, to effectively plan, monitor, and control project activities.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on project goals and deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail, with a genuine interest in interior design and architecture, enabling a discerning eye for quality and aesthetics.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Follow comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and key milestones.
  • Coordinate and communicate project requirements, specifications, and timelines with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and forecasting.
  • Identify and allocate project resources, including personnel, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project expenses, track variances, and implement corrective actions to stay within budget.
  • Identify potential project risks, assess their potential impact, and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate project risks and implement contingency plans to minimize their impact.
  • Communicate project risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders and project team members.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for project-related communications and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication of project progress, milestones, and any changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural standards, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Implement quality control processes and conduct regular inspections to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
  • Address any non-conformities or deviations promptly during the project execution phase.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and management, highlighting progress, issues, and risks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project records.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned to improve future project execution.
