Are you a driven individual with a strong background in project coordination? One of Bali’s sourcing and production management companies is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring quality assurance and the production team meets scheduled goals. This entails a range of oversight of work including planning, scheduling, directing and executing production activities for maximum performance of projects.  

Requirement :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Min. two years experience in manufacturing processes (e.g., home decor, bags, accessories, jewellery, furniture)
  • Excellent proficiency in both English and Indonesian (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Background working with artisans in Bali
  • Proficiency in comprehending and updating design briefs and tech packs
  • Possession of a valid SIM C (motorbike licence)
  • Passion for sustainability and handmade, artisanal products

Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain relationships with local artisans in Bali, facilitating collaboration and ensuring a seamless production process for handmade products.
  • Oversee and maintain strict quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process, guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality, artisanal goods.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to tight deadlines and budgets.
  • Promote sustainable practices within the manufacturing process, making environmentally conscious decisions to align with the company’s sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with artisans and designers to develop new product lines that reflect local culture and meet international market demands.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction with locally-made products.
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team, including designers, sales, and marketing, to meet project goals and promote the company’s brand.
  • Keep comprehensive records of project progress, production timelines, and quality assessments, providing regular updates to management.
