Are you a highly-driven individual with extensive experience in personalised administrative duties? One of Bali’s pioneering Property Development companies is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Operations Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of their executives and overseeing the completion of various projects. You will act as a liaison between the executives and other team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, managing budgets and financial reports, and overseeing the recruitment and training of new team members.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a PA or Operations Manager in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the schedules and calendars of executives, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are properly scheduled and organised.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and other team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Oversee the recruitment and training of new team members.
  • Manage and prioritise project tasks, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that projects are completed within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and status reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for executives and team members.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for executives and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure that expenses are properly managed and controlled.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by executives.
