The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and demonstrable experience in a personal assistant role. You will be intuitive to the daily needs of the Director and work autonomously to provide customized administrative support.
Requirement :
- Open for Local candidates.
- Min 2 years of related experience in a similar field.
- Experience working in construction is a bonus.
- Experience with MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take raw data and turn it into easy-to-understand charts and reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a construction environment, alongside project managers, construction teams, and vendors.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing paperwork and responding to emails.
- Maintain accurate records, data entry and generate reports as needed.
- Organize and interpret data into easy-to-understand charts and reports.
- Provide assistance to the construction team as needed, including managing purchasing, and receipts, and following up with vendors.
- Providing written Project outlines and work breakdown structures for construction projects – help outline tasks and responsibilities for workers
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for internal documents.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all documentation and reports are accurate.
