One of our clients, a dynamic property management company in Bali, is searching for a highly experienced Operations Manager to join the team immediately with significant pre-opening experience. 

The ideal candidate will lead the entire property operations teams across all departments. 

Requirements :

  • Open for local and expat candidates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent. Previous experience in Property Management is a plus.
  • Must be coming from a Rooms Hospitality background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, high initiative, and a robust problem-solving capability.
  • In-depth knowledge of operational processes and industry best practices.
  • Proactive thinking and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Proven experience in managing and improving operational processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PMS.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments and work effectively in a team.
  • Must be flexible to respond to urgent messages/WA after hours.
  • Must be flexible and responsible enough to change days off from time to time, for operational needs.
  • Has own motorbike and is mobile.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the entire property operations teams as well as the administrative duties related to operations which include service, guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance, security, gardener, pool and admin teams. 
  • Supporting and driving the operations team. 
  • Elevating guest’s satisfaction, handling complaints, budgeting, creating and implementing SOPs.
  • Managing operational standards and inventories.
  • Develop operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Solving daily issues in a swift manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational processes periodically.
  • Managing action plans, leading projects, safety and security.
  • Ensuring operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with other relevant departments.
