Requirements :
- Open for local candidates.
- Min. one year of experience in an architectural firm is advantageous.
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture.
- Understanding of construction drawings, requirements, and standards.
- Structure Technical expertise.
- Basic skills in Designer / Sketch up / Autocad.
- Must be an “imaginative drafter” who has a sense of space, how to use space in intelligent ways, a notion of space and vision.
- Collaborative and professional work ethic and team player.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities :
- You will be required to provide regular updates and communicate project-related information to the Project Manager.
- Assist alongside the architectural team to contribute to the creation and development of architectural plans and designs.
- Actively participate in the process of refining and finalising building plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to validate and verify the accuracy and functionality of final floor plans before implementation.
