Are you a highly reliable individual with managerial experience looking for a brand new opportunity? One of Bali’s premier marketing agencies specialising in the sales and promotion of exclusive yachts in Indonesia is looking for a General Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for the overall supervision of the agency’s operations, personnel management, and business growth. This role requires leadership skills, industry knowledge, and an understanding of the challenges related to operating boats in Indonesia. The General Manager will work closely with the sales, marketing, and operational teams to develop strategies and implement organisational structures to achieve company objectives. 

Requirements :

  • Open for Local and Expat candidates.
  • Minimum three years previous and proven operational experience in a General Manager position.
  • Experience in a leadership position within the travel industry with a proven track record of success. 
  • Knowledge of the travel and yachting industry, including various products, services, and trends. 
  • Familiarity with operating boats in Indonesia and knowledge of destinations is a plus. 
  • Experience in planning and budgeting

Responsibilities :

  • Provide strategic leadership and development guidance to achieve financial goals and operational excellence. 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive action plan with marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and enhance brand performance. 
  • Manage teams, including recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation. 
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional development of employees. 
  • Monitor industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with boat owners and various partners related to the business. 
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements. 
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, business initiatives, and promotional activities. 
  • Conduct regular financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
