The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, including project management, business development, client relations, and team leadership with a strong background in interior design and architecture, as well as exceptional management and business development skills.
Requirements :
- Open for local and expat candidates.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior leadership role, preferably as a General Manager or Director, in the interior design, architecture, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the interior design and architecture business, including design concepts, project management, and industry trends.
- Previous experience within a consulting environment and/or architectural company.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for creativity and design.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of company operations, including project management, resource allocation, and workflow optimisation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Establish and maintain efficient operational processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and objectives.
- Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations.
- Foster a creative and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of designers, architects, and project managers.
- Set performance goals and provide feedback to team members.
- Develop and manage the company’s annual budget.
- Monitor financial performance, analyse financial reports, and make strategic financial decisions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Implement the company’s ambitious growth strategy, contributing to the expansion and success of the business.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging opportunities. Contribute to the development of the company’s growth strategy.
- Ensure the studio complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Implement and refine operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows.
- Ensure the integration of technological tools to support company operations.
