An award-winning international travel and lifestyle brand offering extraordinary experiences and exclusive curated entertainment is searching for an Expat Member Customer Service to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate is an excellent team player and possesses exceptional problem solving skills.

Requirement :

  • Expat candidate only.
  • Candidate located in Bali and dedicated to staying on the island for a long period of time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – English languages.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate and driven.
  • Answering member’s calls and handling written correspondence.
  • Meeting with owners/members if required.
  • Competent to work as a team member and individually.
  • Must be professional and punctual.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of all Fractional Ownerships to assist with any queries relating to their purchase, villa allotment etc.
  • Knowledge of villa allocations and site plans.
  • Understanding of GAP, RCI, DAE, ICE, HP.

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting owners with bookings, everyday queries and requests.
  • Answering member’s calls and replying to emails within 24 hours.
  • Meeting with owners/members if required.
  • Make sure that all members / non-members are taken care of.
  • To check/fix their correspondences for problem cases before sending to members.
  • Treat all owners with the respect they deserve and ensure that all your communication is done in a friendly but polite manner.
  • Never misrepresent the company or its products and never make assurances of services you cannot deliver.
  • Have all your working tools and collateral in good working order and presentable condition.
  • Ensure that all equipment provided by the Company is taken care of and advise your immediate supervisor or manager, if this is not possible.
  • Backup workload allocation and KRR Fractional Concierge when required.
  • To check/fix their correspondences for problem cases before sending to members (especially for Indonesian)
  • Help staff to handle problem cases on the telephone / emails as well if they think that they can’t do it.
