Are you a highly- driven individual with solid experience as an Executive Project Assistant? A dynamic entrepreneur in Bali is looking for an exceptional Executive Project Manager with a role that extends beyond the ordinary, where you will not only handle all personal tasks but also propel a fast paced business forward through savvy PR and problem-solving processes.

The ideal candidate for the role needs to be very switched on and proactive, as well as thinking outside of the box to ensure the bandwidth for your Director to focus on high-level deal-making by taking charge of a diverse range of tasks, from the mundane to the strategic. 

Requirements : 

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a similar field. 
  • A problem-scouting, analytical thinker with an eye for detail.
  • Organised and proactive, ensuring high-priority tasks are always in focus.
  • Prioritise tasks that contribute to the company’s success.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities.
  • Flexible and available as needed, enjoying time off as long as the work is completed.

Responsibilities:

  • Data collection and management.
  • Supervising calendars, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp inboxes.
  • Document scanning and organisation.
  • Attending meetings on behalf of the Director in the field of property development and investment banking. 
  • Seeking suitable partnerships to grow the business activities. 
  • Receipt processing and bookkeeping oversight.
  • Managing virtual assistants, bookkeepers, and contractors.
  • Converting ideas into validated projects with clear project plans.
  • Coordinate with various parties such as House assistants, Company Secretaries (bookkeepers, legal), Property Contractors, Founders & Entrepreneurs, Investors and Virtual Assistants. 

Occasional Duties:

  • Drafting, sharing, and organising contracts for signing.
  • Scheduling travel, accommodation, and health routines.
  • Governance maintenance for Singaporean & Indonesian entities.
  • Writing job posts, pre-screening interviews, and selecting vendors.
  • Research, reporting, SOP creation, and financial modeling.
  • Creating presentations and assisting with varied tasks.
  • Spearheading PR activities by researching, booking, and organising podcast appearances from start to finish.
