The ideal candidate is responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and overall success in both online and offline platforms. As the Customer Service, you will be a key player in ensuring a positive customer experience and reinforcing the brand’s presence in the market.
Requirements :
- Open for local candidates.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Minimum Diploma degree of business administration, customer relations or communication.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Fluent English and Indonesian both written and spoken.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to various customer inquiries, requests, and general questions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints while ensuring proper follow-up with relevant departments.
- Provide detailed explanations and information about the company’s products and services.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Strictly adhere to existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and actively contribute to SOP enhancement.
- Report directly to the Sales Director for streamlined collaboration and feedback.
