Are you a motivated individual with solid managerial experience searching for a fresh career opportunity? One of Bali’s pioneering Property Development companies is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing and optimizing various aspects of business operations. This includes managing and coordinating teams, developing and implementing construction processes, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring smooth operations management, and identifying opportunities for improvement. 

Requirements :

  •  Open for Local and Expat Candidates.
  •  Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a leadership role overseeing condominium new construction projects.
  • Deep knowledge of the entire construction lifecycle, including planning, design, pre-construction, construction execution, and project closeout.
  •  Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  •  Sound financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, building codes, and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Lead and inspire a talented team of professionals, including project managers, site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure effective resource allocation, including labour, equipment, and materials, to meet project timelines, budgetary requirements, and quality standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Take charge of all aspects of production, overseeing the entire construction process of our condominium projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement across all construction activities.
  • Lead and inspire a talented team of professionals, including project managers, site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation, including labour, equipment, and materials, to meet project timelines, budgetary requirements, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as architecture, engineering, procurement, and design, to ensure seamless coordination and integration of project requirements.
  • Implement robust project management methodologies, monitor progress, and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction throughout the construction process.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance production efficiency and quality.
