Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Canggu

Are you a highly-driven individual with extensive experience in the Financial industry? A Bali based development group in the creative, professional, legal, and real estate sectors is looking for an Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader since all relative departments of the organization will be under their command and will have to perform effective risk management and plan the organization’s financial strategy. The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.

Requirements :

• Open to local and expat candidates
• Min. two years of experience in a similar field. 
• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Officer or relevant role.
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Ability to strategize and solve problems.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Fluent in English communication.
• Excellent ability to communicate and present complex financial information to managers in a way they can understand to improve the business.
• Strong understanding of tax considerations.
• Excellent in managerial and leadership skills.

Responsibilities :

• Serve in a strategic advisory role to the owners and align long-term business plans with financial strategy to grow the business. 
• Financial forecasting modeling and scenario planning. 
• Ensure the company gets a good ROI on it’s capital. 
• Identify and address potential financial risks for the company. 
• Careful management of company cash flows and liquidity.
• Taxation planning inline with short and long term business plans.
• Strong understanding of the company’s business model and industry including it’s venture into property development.
• Advise the GM and Department Heads across the organisation, assisting them in maximizing revenue, controlling expenses without sacrificing customer or employee satisfaction. 
• Expected to carry out a range of accounting tasks.
• Direct and oversee the timely preparation of all financial reporting & budgets.
• Understanding of key performance measurements to measure success.
• Provide leadership, direction and management of the accounting team .
