One of Bali’s premium Sports Centre, offering state-of-the-art facilities and expert coaching, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete reports to management. You should have a firm grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations and possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements :
- Open for local candidates.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum three years of experience in general ledger accounting or a similar field.
- Familiarity with PSAK and A&B Ikatan Akuntansi Indonesia standards.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of Odoo is preferred but not required.
- Excellent analytical abilities, hardworking and a fast learner.
- Good English communication skills.
- Honesty and integrity in handling financial transactions and sensitive information.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Responsibilities :
- Generate vendor bills, purchase orders, reimbursements, and bank payments accurately.
- Consolidate daily sales data for reporting purposes.
- Conduct COGS analysis for all retail and wholesale sports products.
- Manage inventory reporting and control procedures.
- Allocate expenses to OPEX and CAPEX categories.
- Supervise wholesale sales via various platforms including WhatsApp shop, Tokopedia, and Shopee.
- Record and post journal entries meticulously, demonstrating expertise in general ledger management.
- Prepare financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement with precision.
