Are you a marketing expert searching for a fresh opportunity? An Environmental Engineering Consultancy based in Bali, specialising in the design, development, and management of sustainable properties in Indonesia is looking for a talented Business Development and Communications Manager to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to develop customer communication throughout the sales cycle and manage client accounts to increase revenue.

Requirement :

  • Indonesian candidate is preferred
  • Min. 5 years of related experience in similar field
  • Candidate must be based in Bali or willing to relocate
  • A background in environmental science, engineering, business, marketing and communication are desired
  • A solid grasp of engineering, science and physics are advantageous  
  • Experience in property development (architecture, engineering, contractor, property developer, or other business in property development)
  • In-depth knowledge of Social Media and content creation
  • Strong project management, collaboration and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English is a must, written and verbal
  • A strong analytical and problem solving 
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • International experience essential 

Responsibilities :

  • Develop communication strategy together with co-founders and execute the communication plan
  • Develop creative content and convey key messaging and branding through writing, video production, social media handling, content creation can be an exercise involving our in house architect, engineer and graphic designer
  • Conducting quality control on all communications and developing feedback loops and analytics 
  • Working with and assisting our client on sustainable communications and storytelling their environmental activities and achievement 
  • Improve feedback to our internal team company culture, help build more environmental literacy on  environmental topics like biodiversity, earth system anthropogenic impact, and relevant corporate sustainability topics
  • Invite expert speakers and host online discussion rounds to build environmental literacy in our company
  • Write for our Blog, write monthly newsletter and copy edit social media content with other hired marketing professionals
  • Work closely with Managing Director in developing contracts, negotiating terms and finalizing deals 
  • Communications with existing clients with respect to our services and develop ongoing projects with repeat customers 
  • Work with the Legal, Accounting and Business Operations Departments
