Are you a highly- driven individual with extensive experience in Marketing? A Bali based Business Development Group is looking for a Brand Strategist to join their team immediately.  

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting extensive research, analysing, and presenting to the company and briefing creatives. You must be a strategic thinker with a knack for uncovering consumer insights that inform strategy development.

Requirements : 

  • Local candidate only.
  • Min. 3-5 years of proven experience as a Brand Strategist or a related role in marketing and branding.
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies to engage and grow an audience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from market data and consumer behaviour. 
  • Creative mindset and ability to craft compelling brand stories and messaging.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills to effectively convey brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in data-driven thinking and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Previous experience in designing and executing successful promotional campaigns. 

Responsibilities :

  • Gathering sales feedback and conducting in-depth analysis of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify key insights and opportunities.
  • Developing a clear and compelling differentiation strategy to position the brands uniquely with successful USP’s in the market, catering to the needs and desires of the target audience.
  • Creating comprehensive guidelines for the company’s voice and tone across all platforms, including online and offline channels.
  • Collaboration with the Creative and Execution Team.
  • Developing a multifaceted social media strategy encompassing platform selection, content planning, and audience engagement to amplify brand presence and resonance.
  • Conducting thorough campaign performance analysis, scrutinising metrics and user interactions, to derive actionable insights for refining strategies, maximising engagement, conversions and resonate with our target audience and enhance brand awareness.
