Branch Manager – Business Management Consultancy (Kerobokan)

Are you a driven individual with a strong work ethic? A Bali-based business management consultancy is looking for a Branch Manager to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing business plans and monitoring financial and operational plans and also ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Requirements :

• Open for local and expat candidates.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of P&L management experience in a B2B company.
• A proven track record that demonstrates strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and to represent the company.
• A strong understanding of the Bali Market.
• University degree or substantial working experience abroad.
• Multitask and have excellent time management skills.
• Show creative problem-solving.
• Show strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

• Maximizing profits and the return on investment for the company.
• Developing and monitoring financial and operational plans.
• Delivering industry-standard results to clients.
• Ensuring that product quality and service standards are met in all areas.
• Responsible for hiring, training, and overseeing sales and operation teams.
• Supporting the marketing team in creating content about doing business in Bali.
• Representing the company during events.
• Developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Ensuring the branch office meets internal operating standards and follows the group policy.
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
