CORPORATE DIRECTOR – BUSINESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY (KEROBOKAN, BALI, INDONESIA)

A premier business consulting firm with different branches in Asia (Indonesia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Philippines, Pakistan), is looking for a talented Corporate Director based in Bali to spearhead its business activities and its team, accompanying their clients to lower entry barriers in growing markets.

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing business plans and monitoring financial and operational plans and also ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, leveraging their expertise as the leading investment partner of companies and individuals willing to develop or reallocate activities in Asia.

Requirements :

• Open for expat candidates.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of P&L management experience in a B2B company.
• A proven track record that demonstrates strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and to represent the company.
• A strong understanding of the Bali Market.
• University degree or substantial working experience abroad.
• Multitask and have excellent time management skills.
• Show creative problem-solving.
• Show strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

• Maximizing profits and the return on investment for the company.
• Developing and monitoring financial and operational plans.
• Delivering industry-standard results to clients.
• Ensuring that product quality and service standards are met in all areas.
• Responsible for hiring, training, and overseeing sales and operation teams.
• Supporting the marketing team in creating content about doing business in Bali.
• Representing the company during events.
• Developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Ensuring the branch office meets internal operating standards and follows the group policy.
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
