Booking Agent/Booker – Model Agency (Canggu)

Are you a highly- driven individual with extensive experience in the Modeling  industry? One of Bali’s leading Models Agency is looking for a talented Booking Agent/Booker to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for securing modeling jobs for the models represented by the agency. Your job will involve communicating with clients, negotiating fees, and coordinating the details of the job with the models. Successful booking agents/bookers in model agencies are skilled communicators and negotiators with a strong understanding of the industry and excellent organizational skills. They should be professional, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.

Requirements:

• Min. two years of related experience in a similar field
• In-depth knowledge of the Model or Fashion industry
• Bachelor Degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, or business is usually preferred.
• Prior experience in talent booking, event planning, or marketing is preferred. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success as a booking agent/booker. You’ll need to be able to effectively communicate with clients, models, and other staff members.
• You should have strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible rates for models and the agency.
• You should be highly organized and able to multitask. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling numerous jobs and events simultaneously.
• A good understanding of the modeling industry, including its trends and major players is crucial.
• As a representative of the agency, you should always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
• You should be proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office and have experience working with databases and scheduling software.

Responsibilities :

• Responsibility of a booking agent/booker is to secure modeling jobs for the models represented by the agency. This involves communicating with clients, negotiating fees, and coordinating the details of the job with the models.
• You will need to build and maintain relationships with clients, models, and other staff members and be responsible for developing new business relationships and maintaining existing ones.
• You’ll need to schedule appointments for models to meet with clients, attend casting calls, and participate in photo shoots.
• You’ll need to keep accurate records of clients, their needs, and their preferences in a client database. You may also need to update the database with information about models and their availability.
• You’ll be responsible for handling contracts, invoices, and other paperwork related to modeling jobs and need to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• You may be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for models, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
• You may need to attend events such as fashion shows, trade shows, and other industry events to network with clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
