The ideal candidate is responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects by creating drawings, conducting site analysis, and researching materials and regulations. They work closely with the architects team, collaborate with clients, and contribute to project documentation.
Requirement :
- Open for local candidates.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure as an architect.
- Minimum of two years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and industry standards.
- Excellent design, visualisation, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships and facilitate effective communication.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
- Develop innovative and functional architectural designs that meet client expectations and adhere to building codes and regulations.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Prepare comprehensive construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Review and approve shop drawings, samples, and other construction submittals.
- Address design-related queries and provide clarifications to contractors during the construction phase.
- Communicate effectively with clients to present design concepts, gather feedback, and address any concerns or modifications.
- Provide regular project updates and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality designs that meet their expectations.
- Stay updated on local building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and consultants to address any compliance issues.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
