Requirements :
- Open for local candidates.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an architect, particularly in the construction industry or property development.
- Strong design skills, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in designing buildings.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to present and explain design ideas effectively to relevant parties.
- Creative and innovative approach to design.
Responsibilities :
- Contribute to the development of architectural designs in collaboration with project teams.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including engineers and contractors, to ensure coordinated and efficient project execution.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure compliance with the architectural plans.
- Contribute to cost estimation processes related to architectural aspects of the project.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure a holistic approach to project development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and advancements in architectural design.
