The ideal candidate should have a strong financial background, with a particular focus on tax reporting, invoices, payroll, and meticulous documentation. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of our operational and financial processes, with a commitment to accuracy and organisational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with proven expertise in operating Xero.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles and procedures.
  • Strong track record in handling invoices, payroll, and documentation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools for documentation and reporting.
  • Adept at multitasking and managing deadlines effectively.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure compliance with all tax-related documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Compile and submit LKPM reports on a quarterly basis.
  • Assign appropriate billing codes to all financial transactions & Maintain a systematic coding system for easy reference and tracking.
  • ⁠Ensure accurate process and deduction of applicable taxes, encompassing PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 24, PPh 23, and PPh 4(2) across diverse categories.
  • ⁠Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations related to employee income.
  • Prepare, process, and manage invoices for the company’s operations, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and rigour in administrative tasks, maintaining high standards of accuracy in documentation.
  • Handle the company’s payroll, including the calculation and processing of employee salaries, as well as managing BPJS contributions.
  • Generate and compile reports related to administrative and financial activities, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
  • Prepare and distribute payslips to employees on a regular basis, ensuring transparency in compensation details.
  • Manage the shipping process, including documentation and coordination with relevant parties to ensure the smooth transport of goods.
