Requirements:
- Open for local candidates.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with proven expertise in operating Xero.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles and procedures.
- Strong track record in handling invoices, payroll, and documentation
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools for documentation and reporting.
- Adept at multitasking and managing deadlines effectively.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all tax-related documentation and reporting requirements.
- Compile and submit LKPM reports on a quarterly basis.
- Assign appropriate billing codes to all financial transactions & Maintain a systematic coding system for easy reference and tracking.
- Ensure accurate process and deduction of applicable taxes, encompassing PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 24, PPh 23, and PPh 4(2) across diverse categories.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations related to employee income.
- Prepare, process, and manage invoices for the company’s operations, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and rigour in administrative tasks, maintaining high standards of accuracy in documentation.
- Handle the company’s payroll, including the calculation and processing of employee salaries, as well as managing BPJS contributions.
- Generate and compile reports related to administrative and financial activities, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare and distribute payslips to employees on a regular basis, ensuring transparency in compensation details.
- Manage the shipping process, including documentation and coordination with relevant parties to ensure the smooth transport of goods.
