Are you a financial specialist, with an excellent eye for detail? One of our clients, a dynamic property management company in Bali, is searching for an Accounting Manager to join the team immediately. 

Seeking a capable candidate to implement accounting policies and procedures, analyse accounting data, handle audit functions, manage accounts payable, banking, cash flow, purchasing, tax administration, and financial statements, investigating discrepancies, resolve any accounting issues, prepare financial reports, handling staff payroll and commissions.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum of three years experience as an Accounting Manager or relevant position. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with accounting software and financial management systems.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant financial and tax regulations.
  • Detail, results oriented and very organised.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Honest & Transparent.
  • Proactive approach and confidentiality.
  • Works well under pressure. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, payroll and accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external parties.
  • Must be flexible to respond to urgent messages/WA after hours.
  • Previous experience in Property Management is a plus.

Responsibilities: 

  • In charge of budget, payroll, company and properties expenses, as well as overall finances.
  • Capable of implementing accounting policies and procedures, analysing accounting data, handling audit functions, managing accounts payable, banking, cash flow, purchasing, tax administration, financial statements, investigating discrepancies, resolving any accounting issues, preparing financial reports, handling staff payroll and commissions.
  • Responsible for recruiting, training, delegating and supervising the Accounting Team, by ensuring every staff member complies with company standards, departmental policies, and operating procedures.
  • Responsible for the company’s accounting functions and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Monitoring and managing the company’s budget, providing analysis related to deviations and financial performance.
  • Participating in long-term financial planning and providing strategic advice to management.
  • Building, leading, and managing the accounting team, providing guidance and employee development.
  • Responding to and resolving complex accounting issues, both proactively and in response to urgent situations.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including tax authorities, auditors, and regulators.
  • Ensuring the company’s compliance with tax regulations and preparing required tax reports.
