The ideal candidate possesses a positive working attitude and is competent in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:

- 5 years minimum relevant experience

- Able to work in a team and have a strong work ethic in the furniture & design industry
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in all required administration duties of the company
- Monitoring day-to-day operations at the office and factory, including General Affairs, Productions, and other teams in the company
- Liaising with the Operational Manager/Project Manager and other teams to get the project done and follow the timelines
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with high end clients, management, staff and vendors/suppliers
- Assisting the Director in establishing and enforcing inappropriate budgets for efficiency
- Any other relevant responsibilities requested by Director or other superior teams
- Make decisions and take appropriate action in regards to problems or conflicts between team members
- Promptly follow up on any client complaints and deal with them and coordinate them with other teams
- Manufacturing experience is not necessary, but the office is involved with furniture manufacturing
