The ideal candidate will fully oversee the production process and ensure the correct workflow is met for required deadlines and to guarantee that the manufacturing process is operating at its maximum efficiency.
Requirements
- Min 5 years experience in same position

Responsibilities
- Maintaining relationships with the producers in Bali, Bandung & Australia
- Periodically checking the producers at their workshop in Bali
- Looking for miscellaneous items such as label, tag, packaging and printing in Bali
- Set up clear protocols for QC that can be communicated to all teams
- Manage timelines appropriately and update dedicated project management platform according to progress (Monday.com/trello etc)
- Research new producers or suppliers in Bali
- Coordinate with team to shoot various stages of production timeline
- Keeping track of the suit production process, communicating timelines with customer service
- Reviewing the digital art, flagging issues if the art is not suitable for embroidery
- Monitor and QC for embroidery
- Monitor and QC for stitching, fabric and kufner
- QC the final product, watching out for stains, stitching and fabric imperfections, beading and kufner fusing
- Keeping track of the oversee shirt / tees production process
- Source materials, fabric, beads, buttons, accessories in Bali
- Visit production facilities in Bandung / outside Bali
- Weekly tracking of progress in Whatsapp
- Keep detailed spreadsheet of costings for individual garments
