The ideal candidate will ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner working hand in hand with the production manager and customer service manager.
Requirement :
- Min 5 years of related experience in a similar field
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Ability to manage budgets
- Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
- Strong problem-solving capability
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with production manager & customer service manager to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
- Weekly meetings on Monday mornings – send calendar invite, prepare agenda & ensure all tasks from the previous week are complete.
- Keep minutes & send recap in group WhatsApp
- Daily Check in’s with CEO
- Assign tasks to team
- Working with staff to Schedule tasks and ensure tasks are being met
- Manage staff KPI’s
- Deadline management
- Making connections with manufacturers and distributors
- Good knowledge of shipping and logistics
- Communicates with the producer
