Are you a highly-driven individual with extensive experience in personalised administrative duties? One of London’s leading Jewellery Brands has recently opened a boutique in Canggu, Bali and is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Owner immediately.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and demonstrable experience in a personal assistant role. You will be intuitive to the daily needs of the Owner and work autonomously to provide customized administrative support.
Requirements :
- Open for local candidates.
- Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant and in the fashion industry
- In-depth understanding using Shopify, Canva, and Photoshop.
- Strong command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and good mathematical skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Works well in a team environment but is also self-motivated.
- Interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities :
- Manage scheduling for the Owner.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Owner.
- Prioritise emails and respond when necessary.
- Maintain various records and documents for the owner, ensuring they are properly organised and easily accessible. This may include files, contracts, reports, and other relevant paperwork.
- Conduct research and gather data to prepare documents for the owner, such as reports, presentations, or proposals. Provide well-organised and accurate information to support the owner’s decision-making process.
