A Bali-based sportswear company specialising in the design and production of high-quality athletic apparel, with a focus on comfort, style, and performance is looking for an Operational Manager to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing leadership and support to various departments, including purchasing, production, accounting, human resources, facilities management, and quality control. They will possess strong organisational and management skills, ensuring seamless integration and coordination across all operational areas to drive efficiency and achieve company goals. Their ability to oversee and optimise departmental functions will be crucial in maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, with at least one year in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in driving distribution, revenue, and team growth.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to implement and manage operational strategies effectively.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage daily store operations with a strong emphasis on enhancing customer experience.
  • Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and events to boost sales and customer engagement.
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate a top-performing sales team to achieve their goals.
  • Create and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and reduce excess inventory.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for efficient stock replenishment and manage relationships effectively.
