Internal Project Manager – Property Investment & Finance Group (Berawa)

A leading property investment and finance group based in Bali is looking for a highly skilled Internal Project Manager to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate is responsible for coordinating projects, taking on administrative duties and independently managing some of the necessary elements to ensure projects are completed on time. You will have a direct report to the management team and work with key members of the project teams. 

Requirements:

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Min. three years of experience in a similar field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, including administrative support and project management.
  • Previous experience in real estate or property investment is advantageous. 
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, CRM etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Must be a fast learner. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, powerpoint presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Manage and prioritise email correspondence and phone calls.
  • Oversee and coordinate various internal projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with team members to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for senior management.
  • Facilitate communication within the organisation, ensuring information flows efficiently.
  • Draft internal memos, announcements, and other communications as needed.
  • Maintain a record of key decisions, action items, and follow-up tasks from meetings.
  • Organise and maintain important documents, files, and records.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and security.
  • Conduct research and compile information as required for various projects.
  • Plan and coordinate internal events, workshops, and meetings.
  • Identify challenges and proactively propose solutions.
  • Prioritise tasks and responsibilities to meet tight deadlines.
