Are you an energetic individual with previous managerial experience? A Bali-based food and beverage company producing healthy snacks and naturally carbonated fruit sodas is looking for an Operational Manager to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate has previously worked or studied in another foreign country and worked longer than 5 years in a company. 

Requirements:

  • Local candidates only 
  • Min. 3 years as operational manager or in a similar position preferably in a goods production company 
  • Experience working in FMCG (Companies like Mars, Snickers, Pepsi, Johnsons and Johnsons, even Sensatia etc)
  • Proven managerial skills for a minimum of 2-3 years 
  • Proven results in previous workplace working to KPI  
  • Good English
  • Energetic, healthy 
  • Lively personality
  • Team player, ready to grow and learn, multitasking ability, motivated
  • Worked or studied in another foreign country

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Manager will report results of work to Director
  • Operational Manager will manage a team of 20-40 person: production (team of 11-20 person), delivery & distribution (team of 3-5 person), accountant/secretary admin (team of 1-3 person)
  • Organize effective work and run operations (production of food products, finance, md/delivery, inventory & purchasing, packing, HR)
  • Analyze and systemize work processes
  • Create and improve SOP
  • Increase production quantities based on monthly/quarter planning
  • Increase delivery amounts effectively
  • Improve system to minimize risks & losses of operations
  • Produce maximum quantity of products with minimum expenses, losses & risks, 
  • Providing daily daily/weekly/monthly plans and personal job reports

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Improve system to decrease costs per each unit produced (cost data can be counted & provided by accountant/secretary admin),
  • Prepare documents and facility for receiving needed licenses (secretary admin and one more manager will assist),
  • Organize and receive payments from customers (secretary admin/accountant will assist),
  • Hiring and educating new staff (secretary admin will help to screen candidates and post job ads),
  • Managing absence of staff (secretary admin can help to screen candidates and post job ads,
  • Setup and run software for finances (secretary admin/accountant will assist),
  • Tax & salary preparations (tax agent & secretary admin/accountant will assist).
