Are you a highly driven individual with solid experience in managing business operations? A Bali-based health beverage company is searching for a Business Operations Manager to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate is good at coordinating and achieving goals and developing strategic initiatives that can improve efficiency throughout business operations.

Requirements:

  • Local candidates only
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar preferred
  • Minimum of three years (impressively five years) in a managerial role running a small organization
  • Ability to execute a plan, and measure performance of staff
  • Strategic capabilities/thinking and good interpersonal skills to work with a sales organization
  • Proficient ethical leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding people skills
  • Able to analyze and create data in Microsoft Excel, such as using pivot tables, VLookup, etc. 
  • Experience with Enterprise resource planning (ERP), including implementation is a bonus 
  • Ability to make projections into the near future
  • Able to produce a profit and loss statement that includes all elements

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Owner & Sales Team for strong business guidance on all issues
  • Business management & control : review and interpret business analysis and metrics with the management team ; make decision
  • Have an eye out at all times for trends of inflationary issues or other issues that may impact the profitability of the business
  • Be fully in charge of beverage operations, kitchen staff, production, and financial forecast
  • Hire, train, mentor, and supervise all production and operations staff
  • Review and approve all new customer account requests from ales
  • Partner with Sales Team for accurate sales forecast & production, fully understand the current cost structure with an eye on the horizon of increased maintenance cost as a result of increased investments in factories, vehicles, staffing, etc. 
  • Product planning and production control 
  • New product development 
  • Purchasing – supplier qualification. Preferred and backup suppliers for all critical raw materials and product components
  • BPOM certification (application, documentation, SOP, consultants, schedule/timeline, etc.)
  • Obtain copyright protection for all products
  • Protect/maintain facilities investments, maintenance, new construction
  • Manage capita expenditures & investments
