Architect – Property Construction & Investment (Badung)

A boutique property construction and investment company offering beautifully crafted, high-quality villas is searching for an Architect to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in creating innovative and functional building designs. They should have a proven track record of successfully leading projects from concept to completion, demonstrating exceptional creativity and attention to detail. The candidate should be proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, and have a deep understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

Requirements :

• Open for local candidates.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
• Proven work experience as an architect, particularly in the construction industry or property development. 
• Strong design skills, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in designing buildings.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools. 
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to present and explain design ideas effectively to relevant parties.
• Creative and innovative approach to design.

Responsibilities :

• Contribute to the development of architectural designs in collaboration with project teams.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including engineers and contractors, to ensure coordinated and efficient project execution.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure compliance with the architectural plans.
• Contribute to cost estimation processes related to architectural aspects of the project. 
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure a holistic approach to project development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and advancements in architectural design.
