One of our clients, a luxury handcraft brand based in Bali, is renowned for blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design to create timeless handwoven accessories, is looking for a Warehouse and Inventory Officer to join their team.

They have a solid understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring the right materials are available in the right quantity and quality to meet production timelines. A proactive communicator, they collaborate effectively with various departments and are committed to maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and the high standards of a luxury handcraft brand.
Requirements :
- Open for local candidates.
- Minimum three years of experience in export manufacturing, preferably in fashion, bags, or accessories.
- Solid understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure efficient stock control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Willingness to be based in Bali and travel as needed for warehouse or supplier coordination.
- Experience with receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in line with standard operating procedures.
- Ability to perform regular stock takes and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Knowledge of basic quality control checks for handcrafted or delicate items is an advantage.
- Familiarity with export documentation and packaging requirements is a plus.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership over inventory accuracy and warehouse flow.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare leather/ other materials and hardware for production orders and product development samples.
- Issue leather/ other materials and hardware for production orders and product development samples to the Production Manager.
- Submit updated stock cards to PPIC on a daily basis.
- Receive semi-finished & finished goods and report to PPIC to update stock.
- Ensure all inventory (materials, semi-finished & finished goods) are properly stored and organised.
- Monitor stock levels and propose materials to reorder to PPIC as needed. Daily monitoring for raw materials and semi finished goods. Weekly monitoring for finished goods.
- Manage returns and defects, coordinating with suppliers and updating inventory records.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and source new suppliers as needed.
- Track and follow up on outstanding supplier orders to meet deadlines.
- Inspect incoming materials from Artisan to ensure the goods meet the company specification and quality standards.
- In the absence of a Production Manager or QC Manager, inspect finished goods prior to receiving into Inventory.
- Promptly address quality issues to Management/ relevant departments within 24 hours of identification.
- Identify and document any defects or discrepancies.
- Reject non-conforming materials and communicate with the Production Manager or Senior Operations Manager for corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results.
- Prepare and issue material Purchase Order to supplier.
- Update inventory records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Track historical data on stock levels, supplier performance, and quality issues.
- Preparing sample books (swatches etc.).
- Unique Code upload and connect the artisans to the Unique Code.
