Are you a highly- driven individual with extensive experience in Marketing? One of Bali’s leading Villa Rental Management companies is looking for a Social Media Assistant to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience managing projects in Hospitality and Property Management is a plus.

Requirements :

  • Local candidates only.
  • Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Hospitality industry.
  • High level of English both written and spoken.
  • Proven working experience in social media and content creation.
  • Up-to-date with the latest pop culture. references and on the pulse with all trends.
  • Creating engaging and interesting stories for our followers.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, META, and google drive. 
  • Organize, passionate, and creative.
  • Wordpress and SEO knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities :

  • Create and execute social media plans that are in line with the company’s objectives and help achieve the goals.
  • Creating engaging and interesting content for our followers.
  • Set up and optimize Influencer/KOI management.
  • Planning and scheduling of social media posts.
  • Performing research to keep up with current social media trends.
  • Track performance of  Analyzing social media metrics.
  • Other marketing related duties as assigned.
