The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge and understanding of the local real estate market across leasing and sales, building a strong professional relationship with all clients and stakeholders and achieving a strong performance in sales.
Requirement :
- Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
- In-depth knowledge of the Property and Real Estate industry.
- Fluent in English (written & verbal).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic, motivated, and effective communication.
- Able to ride a motorbike with confidence.
- Open-minded and able to work in a team.
- Comfortable in an international working environment.
- Able to join immediately.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Consistently network and market to prospective clients.
- Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
- Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
- Arranging inspections.
- Developing and planning various sales activities.
- Represent buyers and sellers and act in their best interest.
- Delivering sales pitch.
- Educate clients on key specifics of their property buying/selling experience.
- Preparing binding agreements & proofreading notarial deed draft.
- Assisting and following up on transactions via email and WhatsApp until handover.
