An exclusive property development and luxury hospitality group in Bali is looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Sales Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and is ready to drive revenue, grow direct bookings, and maximise presence on OTAs. You will be working across a portfolio of luxury hotels, resorts, and villa rentals in Bali, collaborating with marketing and revenue teams to turn strategies into results.

Requirements :

  • Open for local and expat candidates.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, property development, e-commerce, or OTA (Online Travel Agency) management.
  • Passion for revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and driving business success.
  • Strong understanding of online travel platforms and strategies to enhance visibility and competitiveness.
  • Excellent ability to connect with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented, and unafraid to take initiative in a competitive market.
  • Comfortable working in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
  • A visionary thinker with a long-term perspective on career and business development.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the charge in boosting direct bookings and increasing occupancy across our portfolio.
  • Manage OTAs & Online Sales Channels, presence on Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, and more—ensuring maximum visibility and strong conversion rates.
  • Optimise pricing & promotions, work with the revenue team to adjust rates, run promotions, and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Develop partnerships & distribution channels, identify new sales opportunities through travel agencies, affiliates, and industry partners.
  • Create compelling offers, loyalty programs, and incentives to encourage repeat bookings.
  • Team up with the in-house marketing team to align campaigns, digital ads, and promotions with revenue goals.
  • Track booking trends, analyse sales data, and adapt strategies to maximise results.
